George Kapa (Born 16 September 1980,Athens-Greece) is the lead guitarist-songwriter of the Prog Rock/Alternative Metal band called "SiXforNinE" George started playing the guitar at the age of sixteen and immediately knew he'd spend the rest of his life playing music. He works as a guitar instructor, clinician, and has done numerous session recordings for various rock-metal bands and famous greek artists. George has shared the stage with great musicians like Phil Collins band, Jamiroquai Band, Doug Aldrich, Animals as Leaders, W.A.S.P., Dead Can Dance, Spiritual Beggars, Marco Mendoza, Monster Magnet, Fates Warning, Leprous.

Sixfornine is a Rock/Metal band based in Athens-Greece, formed in 2011.

 In 2013 the band appeared in an unplugged show for a major fm station in Greece with great appeal to the audience.

 Their self-titled album was released in 2015 (mixed and mastered by Forrester Savell - Sum 41, Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus, The Butterly Effect)  and received positive reviews.

Since then, Sixfornine have shared the stage with bands like Monster Magnet, Spiritual Beggars, Fates Warning , Gus G, Leprous, Jamiroquai Groove Section, Memory Garden, Wolf and appeared at the Agora Stage of Frankurt's Musikmesse 2014.

 In March of 2016 the band flew to London for an exclusive live recording/videoshooting at Red Bull's See. Hear. Now sessions, to present for the first time, a song from their upcoming album called Never Ending Road.

 The band spent the rest of the year jamming and refining new material and in spring 2017 Sixfornine entered Devasoundz Studios to record their second album "Parallel Universe", with their very own Fotis Benardo also taking on production duties.

In the meantime, producer Sylvia Massy (Tool, System of a Down, Johny Cash, Red Hot Chilli Peppers) visits Athens and Sixfornine are honoured to record Never Ending Road for the purposes of her Masterclass.

In 2023 George joined the band of Sakis Tolis (Rotting Christ) as the lead guitar player to tour around Europe and present his solo album.
